8 hours a day is just expression. i don't actually try to get to nba. i just play for pick up.

Why would i wait?

Of course I know all this. technique must be right. when i say jump shooting, i say not just a regular bunjie jumping. there is a proper rhythm i follow when i take jump shot so that there is remaining energy i feel on the arms. cause if you do jump then hang, you will lose energy and throw ball awkward
