From an interview with David Wise in 2010:

"When leaving Rare, I initially planned on taking a well earned break for several months. At least that was the plan. The day before I left, word had already got round, and I was immediately in a position to consider my first contract. I have since completed subsequent contracts, but as with all of these titles, they remain on a Full Non Disclosure until release."

He's definitely made some new songs, they're just not released yet
