Honestly, I don't think you're going to find a second guitarist who can really keep up with Ostby's all-around awesomeness - he has a very unique way of improvising with his riffs that I think you'd lose (or at least diminish) with a second guitarist.
Besides, as you mentioned, with one guitarist we get to hear Randy Coven going freaking crazy with those bass lines - holy shit, he is good.
