I built this and it works. A fellow experimenter Leo Umila put one on a turbo diesel and he is getting 4X the mileage. My friend Mike in the USA put a sight glass on the end on his GEET and he can see a blue plasma glow around the rod while it is running.

It is sad you do not bother to study the subject enough to understand the difference between a fuel reformer and a fuel vapourizer. Your's just doesn't compare.
