Shawn Parker Tells All About His Family and Cops 2

Part 2 of 3. The rape occurred just after midnight August 01, 2008. The victim finally told her mother late on August 7th and the mother called the police the next day to tell the father. The rape victim had already told her two friends that it was rape, not sex. In late August, the Berryville Police Detective interviewed the 15 year old girl, her mother, (who only had second hand information-hearsay) and the 19 year old boy. They all stated that the victim first said it was sex and then later said it was rape. When the detective told the rape victim about the interviews, the rape victim asked him if her friends said that she told them it was sex at first, then rape. The detective said yes. She told the detective, Id rather be known as a slut in this school than a rape victim. The rape victim was a virgin at the time of the rape. The detective, in a phone conversation to the victims mother said he believed the victim, more than ever. He put that in his report of September 02, 2008 to the prosecutor. BUT, in November, he wrote a supplement to the same report by changing the wording to reflect consensual sex instead of rape. On March 16, 2009, even with forensic interviews, a confession from the rapist, a medical report supporting rape, and DNA tests, etc. the prosecutor(s) of Carrol County, dropped the rape charges. 10 days later, the final DNA report came back positive that Wayne Parker DNA was in the victims panties. The prosecutor(s) said they were dropping the charge because of lack of evidence. The truth is that the sex crime prosecutor had a conviction record for sex crimes of 1 conviction and 1 acquittal, in a 3 year period. Shawn Parker said that he & his brother Wayne are members of the gang called the Bloods, and have been since their family lived in California. (Note: Shawn and Wayne both have the traditional tattoos of the Bloods.) Shawn also said that he and his brother are protected by the Bloods, Wayne and Shawns own gang, and by Berryville City Police officers, Pearson and Mayfield. Shawn said his mother was the one to watch out for and he could have ten of his homies on our street in minutes. Shawn said he had stabbed someone to death in California but when the police arrived, a friend took the knife away from him and took the blame. Shawn said that there would be a war like this town has never seen, if Wayne was arrested or hurt. Shawn also implied to me that he had other gangs and friends that would do us, our animals, and our property harm if anything happened to anyone in his family. I, (Joe), told Shawn that I didnt want a war or anyone else to be hurt but that I cant let his brother get away with raping my little girl. Shawn agreed and said he hoped that we could still remain friends through this ordeal. Shawn believes his brother committed the rape(s). Shawn said Berryville Police were divided & that Officers Disheroon & Crawford was always after him & Wayne. Continued
