  • must have been imposter

  • I have never seen a radio like that, used to collect radios oldest were from the late 30's

  • @sesanner I have been listening to the BBC for years. We used to be able to get it on the actual radio, but later it had to be in the internet. Such is life when you're raised on British radio in the States ;)

  • Thanks for sharing.

  • @bronteteri

May I offer you BBC, the best radio on the planet, as M Poirot is the best detective in the whole world. And in the United States you might have access to a public radio station. If not, try Minnesota Public Radio online. Excellent news coverage, no screaming and only controlled, muted emotions.

But the best is BBC. Like M Poirot, it has a global perspective and makes very productive use of the little grey cells.

Ravenhaven14, thank you so much! Fine programs.

  • LOL it tickles me to watch British people listening to a radio or television and hearing in the background the slowww mundrane voice just speaking facts lol w/out emotions. here you can't listen to a radio station or tv w/out a lot of screaming and a lot of emotions...oh well, different customs i suppose.. although i do have to said the English and Irish do make the best movies and tv shows...

  • @seppsters Look out the film Sunday from 1997 - a very quiet, strange, but still very good film. Suchet plays a homeless man who's mistaken for a successfull film director. Or is he? It's very ambigious, but I remember I really liked it.

  • Just fantastic, thanks for uploading these
