@RedHeadVicky - yep
-
Is it just me or is the subtext of the Granada advert "well, at least it's not a tractor"?
-
@RedHeadVicky yes it is!
-
2.57 - is that Ray Winstone??
-
If Alan Partridge were real - He'd definitely Have starred in the ford Granada advert!

@Matty112uk Re: The butter advert - If I recall correctly it was actually sponsored by the UK Dairy industry. This was probably in response to declining sales due to a greater awareness of the danger of saturated fats and the general health / fitness movement of the 1980's.

I do not know what brand of butter it is but that springs to mind in one of them from the late 1980s/early 1990s about a young black boy caught in a showery snowflake.
-
Those granadas were good cars. tended to rot around the back arches a bit but fine otherwise
-
Did you notice the black guy, white a white eye?
-
Haha! Too right!
I have no idea who was behind the butter ad. It may be a running comercial that showed the organistation behind it in some later ads. Unfortunatly I don't have any more ads that follow from these so its a bit of a mistery.

MS were getting quite strong in the business IT field in 1985. Even Word Perfect would have to run on top of MS-Dos.

No thats fine I know your not being patronising. As allways I welcome your comments. Thanks.
Guys with tashes, its funny how you don't see them anymore, except for my dad who's had a tash ever since the late 70's. The butter ad reminded me of that lol.
