I'd say you need a couple months to get your endurance up. To simulate bocks/jumping stilt fatigue attach any weights to your leg (5kg each leg) and jog in giant strides... GIANT, like huge leaps of fate. That's what bocking is like, you need alot of endurance built up.

how are these for going distance? can you keep up a jog for a while or do you die from the extra weight after just a few hundred meters?
