  • thanks

  • They talked about the white's penalty.

In kendo rule, unnessasary clinch is a object of penalty. I think, probably, the referee judged that the white had unnessary clinch to gain time and he didn't fight it out.

And clinch is called " Thubazeriai " in kendo.

  • Why did white get hansoku ?

  • What happend at 3:48?

Why the need for judges to talk at 4:05

The white flag at 4:09 means what?

  • in kendo theres 4 places to score points. head, hands, mid section, and throat. points are scored if you hit those parts with perfect technique. as you saw in the video lots of hits landed but no points. the stomping is apart of having good technique. the hit, the stomp and the saying of where your hitting is required to get the point.

  • I don't know a thing about kendo so please explain why there are no attacks to the lower body and how are points scored? Whats with the stomping? Won't that catch up with you in the future? Thanks for reading.

  • thank you :-)

  • great match! ryukoku is really a fearsome opponent

  • omg :(( why they soo fast hahah

  • Nice!
