  • @irelandcool1 As far as the handgun being the "most effective form of defense", well it is an effective form of defense. But every weapon is an effective form of defense, be it a .308 WIN, .223REM, .45ACP, 12 ga. Shotgun, Knife, or even a fire extinguisher. But all weapons have a specific area that the gun/weapon excels in. I mean, one would not try to take a target out at long distances (100+ yards) with a pistol. There are better weapons for this.

  • @irelandcool1 I am hoping that you really don't base your real world information off of a video game.

  • Lol a five seven or a glock! Both not a good choice. If you have the money five seven is ok because the gun and ammunition is expensive. glocks aren't that great. I would recommend a h&k p30 or a h&k usp 9mm. Those are nice handguns!

  • What is the name of that revolver?

  • I inherited my first gun a late 70's 9mm Makarov

  • Probably a glock or a five seven is best

  • @MrCamerican I was just over exaggerating, but your shoulder really sore at the end of the day.

  • @lalablablaification i started on an sks then 12 gauge and recently bought a 91/30 but havn't had a chance to try it out yet. is it really that much recoil? (i can shoot 12 gauge all day without a problem)

  • My first gun was a mosin because I'm cheap and holy F*** $*** the recoil on the first shot was crazy. START ON SOMETHING SMALLER!!!

  • if i had to get only one weapon. i would probably go witha five-seven. i always loved the look. the high capacity and also the low recoil is a +. i would get it in a army green n black finish.

  • @Slappy9786 don't get a glock. they're cheap crap.

  • Im a 11 and i have my own .22 but when i get bigger and have a gun for target practice (i love pistols) or house protection i want to step it up a bit i personally like Glocks the most and that is what i want for first gun i want 9mm but which glock 19 or 17?
