yes, you go to the nearest Microsoft Retail Store, you ask a Microsoft Genius, He'll be very helpful and will answer to more than all of your questions about your Zune! Oh no! It only works for Apple stuff... Oops! So go and get an iPod then you do everything above replacing "Microsoft" by "Apple".
