While there are games that require you to be standing, you can use KINECT while sitting.

PS Move = Controller With Infared Light and buttons / Camera (All digital cameras pick up infared light) Nintendo Wii = Controller with Special Infared tracking camera / Infared Light Source ( Ex. Nintendo Sensor Bar )

PS-M and N-Wii Are the same idea but with the components in diffrent spots. KINECT is a peice of technology that combines 4 properties that have never been put together before.... Motion, Voice, Facial, and Color Tracking. Its up to you, but the choice is obvious... psst, KINECT.
