FROM TALLAHASSEE: M.I.T. Prof. Charles Stewart presents UNHEARD TESTIMONY in the CD-13 Jennings case re: Sarasota's undervote rate on ES&S's iVotronic machines...
Prof. Stewarts' Bubble Chart, presented as evidence to the honorable(?) William L. "Google Me, I dare ya" Gary, shows that the more machines prepared leading up to election day, the higher the undervote rate.
(Editor's note: Even though we filed all the appropriate paperwork to film in the courtroom, Judge Gary would not allow more than two cameras to film (1 still cam/ 1 video cam). We were completely expelled from the jury box until Leonard bumped the AP photographer--I kid you not--when he got bored. As a result, we have the digital stills he took from the box, combined with audio we cobbled together on the sly. Please forgive the poor audio, I hope my subtitles will appease.)
Where is the major media covering this amazing story about the unverifiable Sarasota Elections warehouse security cards used by people who had access in Sarasota 13 to electronic paperless voting machines before the 2006 Congressional election? Undervotes were as high as 17% for machines programmed between Oct. 12 - Nov. 5! 20% UNDERVOTES on machines programmed on Oct. 17th. Hopefully there will be no more "unassigned" security cards in Sarasota but the public must demand transparency.
