  • Can you only use plugins like this for Reaper? I have protools.

  • @LittleLars14 You could use FXpansion's VST to RTAS wrapper to use VST's in Pro Tools.

  • great video and great song and sound to!!;) but theres something i dont get... i use the same amp sims and almost the same settings as you and it never sound ass good as that i never had this kinda album quality as bunch of ppl and video ive seen!!! i dont get it...im starting to wandering if im the one that suck at mixing! LOL!!!

  • @BlackInstinctChanel Every guitar, pickup, and player combination sounds different. You need to find the best tone for your situation. It also takes a lot of time, patience, and practice to record.

  • is that the only way to make the project into an actuall song or mp3 or wav etc. file? or is there a way to bounce it out instanly?

  • @MetalxShredder600 No, you can also bounce the track out instantly. Click file>render in Reaper to export your file instantly.

  • how can i combine all tracks (lead guitar, ryhtm, bass, drums, vocals) on one Stereo Track? ,for exemple when you add a track from your media explorer ,it shows one track wich contain all instruments .... ,so how can i combine it ? , Please i need to know ^^ .

  • @Tangakkai it doesn't suck like many other people are saying. The plugin itself is great, but it takes a lot of fiddling with. Some huge producers use it and get amazing results for it, so people who say "it sucks" just don't know what they're doing.

  • @Tangakkai

    yes!

    IT SUCKS!

if you want some serious amp sim look for an axe fx or better software vst's.

  • Have you got any review for the Line 6 Pod Farm Amp Sim? Or a general opinion of that software?

  • @caracterav New strings that have been properly set-up will hold intonation and string tuning better than old ones.

  • If its better to use a DI box and then it goes to the interface, theres no advantage?

  • What DI box are you using here?

  • In 4:30 ; why you recommend new strings?

I mean, i don't like the sound of new strings, mmmm to "sparkie" sound. I prefer well used strings with a warmer sound.

Again, why you recommend new strings? there is a special reason?

    good video, thanks

  • @Intotheorchard Hmm ill have to check that tutorial out thanks dude.

  • You either didn't do everything right, or, your equipment is trash. Im talking about your PC and Audio interface, not your guitar. There is a really good UG tutorial on vst that gives you all the amps, impulse loader, and even instrument tracks to learn to set up VST amps for Lead, Rhythm, Bass, etc.
