Uhm If I wanted to make it animated what do I save it as jsut the .gif?

no you have to save it as a .mp4...so you would have to export the gif into .mp4 for it to work

yeah you just get rid of the default white with the eraser and save it. it should work.

ok, well, what are the other files in the folder, like minibar, thumbs, icons, and stuff ? do i really need that ? if so, how do i make them ?

The program is called cyberduck I believe. I am now trying to create my own theme right now so Ill see how it works. trying it on my iPod first just incase anything gets lost or broken. eek!!
