@sbc388550 that may be right in your culture, but certainly isn't on many other countries. in-track circuit racing is very popular generaly world-wide (called "Track Days")... street racing is ok if done on the highways while there is not much traffic... like sunday 1~4pm (while people are sleeping after eating their arses off)
