Viv, I also noticed that you go to each person's channel to thank them for a comment which is very nice, but you won't have time to do that as your channel grows. So you just need to put your cursor over the persons comment and you will see "reply box". This will be sent right back to the person who sent the comment. Much easier...give it a try.
This video does rock. You guys are going big time!
