The congressman should have to resign for that. That was uglier than a lot of the politically incorrect things that have been said in recent years that led to resignations. He can certainly ask who the interviewers are, but he can't grab people like that. What a turd.
If that was a Republican that would have been all over the national news and he would already have been forced out.

The thing that upsets me the most about this video is that the 2 college students are not being smart asses. They politely say hi to him and address him as "congressman". They ask him how he is and then ask a ligitamate polotical question to an elected official. His first response is to swat at the kid and grag him. Even if they were 2 sarcastic kids trying to get a rise out of him (which is obviously not the case), his actions are wrong...."Bad Day" or not.

Right two, thugs in suits, probably future lawyers. The congressman assaulted one of the students because he asked if he supported a certain agenda. By holding his arm he commited false imprisionment on tape. He should go to jail.

As a Canadian I don't care if he is a Democrat or Republican, this just shows us the stressed out demagoguery of US Politicians. I agree that he should be charged for assault, but likely he won't ... though youtube will do its far share of vilification.

why didn't the supposed student answer the questions- if someone comes up to me on the street pusing a microphone in my face- I want to know who the hell that person is... no reason not to answer the question e.g. I'm an terrorist recruit???

@Johntkr You are 100% correct anybody else would be arrested or at the very least the police would have been called. He was asking a very simple "yes or no" answer and it didn't require being hit an grabed.
He needs to be fired from his position because he represents all of us and I don't like what he did not one little bit,
