@keep39nreal What they meed is that if more people ride it, our highways can become unclogged during the rush hour. And if your car breaks down, why waste your hard earned money on paying stupid car rental fees when the bus or Callo-a-Ride can get you there for a loot leess!

I am an abassador at the airport and now thanks to the passage of Prop A, routes that were cut last year are being placed back into service, plus some new ones. Sometimes you may see people walking thru the airport with super large suitcases on wheels, and I help them out and when they do come with super large suitcases, I would take them up to the train via the elevator and I would flip up the folding seats so that they have a place to park their luggage.

St. Louis needs it trust me, but Cardinal fans will find away to get in!!!!!!!

nkasoff,
Actually, each car is has a capacity of 72 seats, plus standing room for 106 passengers. A Metro train consists of a 2 car consist. At full load, one train carries 356 passengers. With 6 trains per hour (every 10 min) in each direction carrying passengers, that's a total of 4,272 from MetroLink alone! Also, I believe they are capable of running 7.5 minutes waits, which would be 5,696 passengers! Mr. Shannon was referring to Metro which consists of both Metrolink and Metrobus.

St. Louis please vote yes on this measure on the April ballot, Metro is very vital to our town and it helps get people to the Cardinal games to and from work and to various other places. PLEASE VOTE YES!!!

?????
Fans go both directions -- so there are 12 trains an hour and they hold more than 200+. Plus many fans (more than 1,000)arrive by bus.
