Can anyone check if it was Carl St Clair please? I bought the album and the song on there isn't this one. I had this reggae version on a cassette when I was a teenager and I lost it and have been looking for this version ever since, I'm now 40!!!! I have the Jim Reeves version but it just isn't the same. I love this song, it holds some very special memories. If anyone can tell me where to get/download this song I would be soooooo happy! I've shed a tear or two xxx

Yeah it's a guy called Carl St Clair who was one of The original Aces that backed Desmond Dekker.
