The "traditional" TRX hamstring curl is done facing the anchor point with heels on the foot cradles. I flipped it around and put my arches on the cradles instead. This position allows you to lift higher off your back.
It is not as difficult on the hamstrings as the traditional version, (my hamstrings don't cramp us much on this one...) but I find this one works higher up, on the glutes, pelvis and hip flexors..... with a dash of hamstrings :)
