These guys all have great points, but what Kevin said about it "being his journey" is a bit closed-off. Brandon is looking at this from a perception that includes more than just his personal journey. He's looking at the effect of separating our artistry from that of others and the impact it has on those in the business and the perception it gives to people that may want to see a "Black" movie. I think Brandon makes a valid point but I understand what Jamie and Kevin are saying as well.
