when u bought tf2 and made a steam account, you agreed to steam's terms and conditions. whoever used your account broke those terms and the account was punished. The only person you can blame for having your account hacked is yourself, you obviously don't have a good antivirus (trend micro is the best) because all those bad websites and files you downloaded obviously had phishing software or trojans. not to mention it could've been your email account that got hacked first. valve will not pay you
