I know from experience. If your sober and you walk on a beam and it starts to shake u have a risk off falling. But if you drink a half quart of moonshine then walk on a beam and it starts to shake. Then your ok cause your wobbling with the beam which in turn makes it so the beams not actually wobbling. In turn this guy was wire walkin on the cranes cables wile he was drunk. So he was actually walking normal nothing was wobbling at all. He knew what he was doing hes a professional.
