Is there a vid out there of rest of the dance for just the first couple?

@SunnysoulNY well this couple dance socially all the time and she knows most of his patterns.. they are however very intricate patterns she as you can see she could not follow some of them. and Christian has since come a long way and can lead on time much better now than he did then.

- 3rd Song is "Mi Corazon te Llama" by Roberto y su Nuevo Montuno.
- 7th Song is "Los Celos de Maria" by Cano Estremera.
Don't know the 8th song.

That was so cool! Cristian Oviedo and Yazmin definitely caught people's attention. Very impressive and I know Cristian and they are not dance partner for those who have doutbs about it, this is just a natural leading versus a good following.

Thats christian oviedo from l.a. and a young lady from vegas, for sure they have danced before, but they are not partners and its definitely not rehearsed.
Question Apersaud.. Do you know if the first couple are dance partners, a couple? I ask because I wonder if she is just following him for the first time. The patterns seem so intricate that I was wondering if they had practice it before.. If not... WOW!!

All the patterns you see are leadable and don't require previous knowledge from the follow. As long as the lead is executed correctly, the follow (lady) will know where she needs to be or what to do.

I agree with charibelle 23. It's way too much stylin' ...Salsa's meant to have fun and romance , not just to be looked at....Keep it natural

Some of the styling (arm movements, placements, stops and spins) are there to help use your body to interpret the music. If you focus on all the instruments in a song, you'll see the small nuances in movement, that to dancers, makes dancing a specific song more enjoyable.

Some may consider "styling" as sabor, and that is dancing too? Everyone has their own style in interpreting the music :-)
