I read the Terms of Service and it's a little confusing when it talks about downloads to the Xbox 360. However, I do know you are allowed to stream purchased movies and tv shows to a certain amount of device (computers and consoles). So you may not be able to download to more than one Xbox, but you should be able to stream provided that you are logged in and you have at least one more additional license.

I honestly think Zunes approach is much better than iTunes.
