No it's not. There is no accountability. People can live on it their whole life without even making one step towards bettering themselves. They can live lives of addiction and self destruction or crime. Some do use it as a way to better themselves. Many use it as a way of life. You are either naive or dishonest. It should not be a cradle to the grave situation unless someone is disabled and truly unable to work. Dems say it's racist to put any type of accountability factors in place.
