I love this! Waiting for a writer to talk to you is easily one of the hardest things to do during a consultation, but it may also be the most important, even over any advice you can give.

Thank you. Yeah we're really trying to find issues to address that tutors can really benefit from, so they can see they aren't alone in facing these things and so we can give constructive advice.

Zorno's overpowering, borderline neurotic tutoring personality makes me cringe, but it is really helpful as a tutor.  These video are an awesome idea!!
