Drill 2 - Front and Back

We managed a sports hall this time. The acoustics and the camerawork still leave rather a lot to be desired, but these are just two of the reasons why I'm not directing the next Bond film. Apparently the inside of a garage is good for something like this - you can't see it too well, but the ball is suspended by string from the basketball hoop above.

seriously..what is the point.....

tapping the ball like this is not the shot in the slightest.

Very odd unless it's realistic. far better to EXAGGERATE the movement rather than be so focused at hitting the ball that all shape of shot is lost.

I believe you can buy a ball on a string as a training aide. I've neverused one myself.
