@jamana85 oh it is..infact a bit softer than kulchas coz these are thinner than the ones you get in market. Try it, you'll like it!

Can you use brown rice flour instead of all-purpose (or whole wheat flour)?
This way the recipe can be both yeast free and gluten free.

@stS3S Oh absolutely, you can set the dough to stay for night and once the dough is ready and you've made kulchas, you can leave rest of the dough in the fridge for use later (use within 1-2 days)
