Kahuauli (Bowman) to Kalihi Saddle (GoPro POV)

7-15-2011: I'll start this description off with a disclaimer:

**EXTREME DANGER: This ridge is extremely dangerous. You have better prepare a last will and testament if you even think about doing this route! We accept NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER! **EXTREME DANGER**

Hawaii Hiking Legend Dick Davis called the section between Kahuauli and the Kalihi Saddle as "No Man's Land".

This is quite possibly the most screwed up ridge I've ever hiked on in my life! Never again... at least not on this side of the Kalihi Saddle as we descended from Pu'u Kahuauli (Bowman Terminus) to a point where a powerline pole is located close to the Likelike Tunnels. From there, we exited the saddle via a trail that follows the powerlines back to Likelike Hwy.
