I have always felt the scout is the strongest, since he is the fastest and does really high damage, with simple aim.

nice work and some good aiming
However you're a bit too aggressive, a scout should attack from unseen places and run away before they start shooting at him
also you neglect your pistol which is good for med/long range
other than that, nice work!
