Drinking raw eggs is extremely healthy, and even fun! Raw eggs are filled with calcium, phosphorus, protein, and much more, which help build stronger muscles and bones, and also help to strengthen the immune system. In this video, I explain what you need to look for as you shop for healthy raw eggs. Then watch me guzzle 6 raw eggs for breakfast!

There are so many different healthy foods that are fun to consume. To find out about other super-healthy foods, and why they are fun to consume, visit http://www.FunWithHealthyFood.com

  • I tried drinking a raw egg and it caused me to have a gag reflex. Then I found that you can just drop them in a blender with raw milk and frozen berries and you can't even tell you are drinking raw eggs. It just makes a nice smoothie. There's no reason that you have to drink them straight.

  • I like to drink raw eggs for muscle building because in the morning I'm tired and I don't want to deal with cooking them. Is salmonella something to worry about?
