How do you explain it happened exactly the same in some other videos? Any idea?

yea, it happens on digital satellite systems too (for example: my Dish Network PVR).

I can't give you a very technical answer, but basically all videos uploaded to youtube are compressed into adobe flash format (.flv) and resized to 320x240. They use compression settings geared towards low file size to enable the most people possible to view the video. During this process sometimes objects that move can develop artifacts. this can be usually be fixed with higher quality compression settings.

the one thing the other videos you viewed have in common with each other is that they have all been run through the exact same compression routine. so any artifact in one video is very likely to appear in another only because they have each been compressed in exactly the same manner.

Ron Paul will never be president because the American people can't understand what he is saying. He is too smart for his own good which is really sad. Our news can't properly report on this because they are too busy talking about lapel pens and how the gay Latino pro-union vote is going to decide the election. I just hope that somehow people like Ron Paul take over the government behind the scenes because America just is not focused enough to elect a man like this to office.
