Ok, this could've went BOTH ways. Both had clear opportunity to get at one another if they REALLY wanted to. Now the crew person should've fought because I know she lost her job after this, BUT if the black girl REALLY wanted to get at her she would've went behind the counter. I know I would've after the first shoe was thrown, but I must say that the customer is NOT always right, workers have to tolorate a LOT of BS from people and not defend themselves. Not worth it
