sounds like electric-era cult. loved this tune back then (were'd this voice come from?). figure steve was barely 30 here, looks older. i remember rotten was on mtv news w/ kurt loder, reviewing videos. he cracked up watching this. he also slagged off the cure (robert smith was a "fat slob"), great white, and madonna. gave a rave to captain beefheart.
