Dude I'm 6'4 215
The maximum weight I'm aloud in the NAVY is 220.
Try pumping out 80 push ups in 2min
100 curl ups in 2 mins
And mile and half in 9min

What if your a fat kid who is in his room 24/7 playing halo and CoD with the lights off and never moves? I would like to be a Electrical Engineer, airforce. Or a Nuclear Engineer, Navy. I weigh about 137, and I'm 13. I'm not athletic, and I'm not that fat.

@SoldiersDiary247 Oh boy... I better start working out a little more.
Is the APFT done before or after Basic?

@creepycody
There is a APFT that you will take before you deploy... However, you only have to take what they call a 1-1-1. One minute of push-ups, 1 minute of sit-ups, and a 1 mile run. All score requirements are a lot lower than the actual APFT. So it shouldn't be too big a problem. HOWEVER, you will also take the real APFT a few times most likely before you ship off just so they can monitor your improvements.

@SoldiersDiary247 What do you mean you take it before you ship off. Ship off to Basic? Or where ever you're deployed?

@creepycody Sorry, before you ship out to basic.
