Bonjour, en fait, comme le dit fredo357 elle s'est toujours faite de cette manière. Elle fut annulée en 2001 lorsque le plan Vigipirate a été déployé en France. L'arrivée des élections présidentielles en mai 2007 a réactivé ce que l'on appelle la petite relève : ce sont les 2 gardes républicains devant le Palais de l'Elysée. Il y a aussi la grande relève mais qui n'est pas d'actualité.

A country and a state is not a regime and there is a continuity of many things ( the military among others) throught the regime changes.By the way the nation with more bood on its hand than any other nation is...the United State of America.
