Civic Activist David Hernandez has filed a Writ of Mandate with the California Court of Appeals 2nd District. asking the Court to Order Judge Robert H. O'Brien Disqualified from sitting on the Case HERNANDEZ V. COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES primarily because Judge O'Brien has taken over $250,000 from the County of Los Angeles illegally while refusing to step down on this case where the County of Los Angeles, is a party to the case. Featured in this Full Disclosure Network video blog, is John Baron, legal analyst, who points out the conflict Judge O'Brien is facing when he is being asked to set aside the previous Void Orders of Judge David Yaffe due to the fact he also has taken $860,000 from the County of Los Angeles . This issue involve the 2007 Proposition R claimed to be a "Term LImit" measure but actually extended the City Council Terms and then relaxed lobbyist reporting laws, violating the "One Subject Rule" of the Constitution. • This goes hand in hand with the fraudulent -resident. A serious national security breach is possibly in progress, but no law enforcement agency will act. The USDOJ is required to investigate, states attorney generals are required to investigate, congress is a joke. I live in LA county, and have seen this corruption first hand, the police and the courts are a conflict of interest, and Rampart cops still plant guns and drugs, nothing changes.

Corruption reigns supreme in Supreme Courts.

We are experiencing the same corruption, minus the payouts, in Canada.

    We need judicial reviews now!!
