BLACKPOOL January 2012

A quick ( ish ) trip to the inner city of Blackpool and Prom ...rain or no rain .. lol .. had to go at any rate and I wanted to try out the Ipod Touch 4th generation 32 Gig 's camera HD. Enjoy ! I did - sort of - lol , as I was frozen in the end , cold and wet .. lol

Bit nippy on that prom!!....Nice video!!....My dad worked as a postman for years and then at South Shore Post office behind the counter...he's got millions of funny stories..I still haven't had a proper look at the Comedy Carpet yet...just the odd glimpse...will have a tootle down when it's a bit warmer with Scarlett and have a nosy..on one of the new posh trams....we'll gatecrash yours for a brew after...hehe...we'll bring biscuits!!..I also love that you call Blackpool the inner city...hee

Hi Axel,

I know that you had to go into town but thank you for showing us around Blackpool it has been a long time since we have been and it has changed a bit. One thing I do remember is that it always rained when we visited.

I bet you were pleased to get in the warm and have a hot drink.

@SiloNova25 its been a while for me sitting on the topdeck of a dbl decker ... I used to drive them for many a years too ... not in Blackpool though .. WYRCC in Leeds I used to drive for many years back when .. lol .. also not all the streets are that bad and the Buses are real bouncy top deck front .. lol ...

Hi Axel, ich bin mir sicher, du warst nach deinem Ausflug durchgefroren, der Wind nimmt einem auch noch das bißchen Puste weg beim Sprechen. Tolles Filmchen, das Gebäude mit dem falschen "Eiffelturm" sieht klasse aus und auch der beschriftete Platz dafür. Und was für eine tobende See, hab beim Zuschauen schon gefroren. *****

Superb camera in the Iphone touch, the video quallity is very good. Have fun with your new phone!

Also nice to see some new towns and beach fronts! You had to suffer some strong winds to show us the promenade :-D

In that case you should drive down White-gate Drive, haha. I drive down there twice every day virtually, and the pot holes there are bad (atleast the tarmac is smooth)..
