  • It is not imitation. He has learnt classical music from Ustad Rashid Khan only. So, naturally same style has to come in his singing.

  • I like the style of Rampur Sahaswan Gharana. Please up load your other clipping also if available. Hemant

  • imitating perhaps rashid khan....this boy was more appealing when i heard him at amravati in a competition ...he was more flowering that time....

  • Hmm this isn't a lot like Pt. Joshi. He had a tendency to explode into bol-taan during a phrase. Prasad Khaparde shows a lot more of Ustad Rashid Khan than anything else. In fact it's easy to compare, there is an excellent recording of (young) Bhimsen Joshi's Multani on youtube.

  • bohot achaa lage raho!

  • He does not copy Pt. Bhimsen Joshi but, simply displays what he has learnt from his great Ustads. This is the Guru-Shishya parampara of Hindustani sangeet that is all too often forgotten today.

  • bhut ache rashid khan sab ja gana hai poora:)

  • Jiyo Prasad Maharaj!
