Wrath of the Lich King: Hunter's Freezing Arrow Shot Duel

In the Wrath of the Lich King Beta, I got alot of comments on this ability and I got alot of questions about its uses in PvP.

Because of that, I wanted to grab a hunter friend from my guild who also makes alot of good Hunter videos.

So enjoy taking a look at the Level 80 new Hunter Skill and its viablity in PvP.

i dont think its made for pvp its mosty like a pve thingy cuase ive been thinkin and saying "this is shit" but if u think about it in a instance or raid its quite helpful :]

actually seems like this would be pretty usefull if you were being attacked and just fired on yourself, extremely effective against pets, and somewhat effective on not-so-observant melee fighters

I run Resto Druid + Hunter and Wyvern Sting + Scatter Shot + Cyclone + Freezing Arrow from far away is extremely effective. Using it to interrupt casting is also viable.

This is what you can do with with freezing arrow.

Scat shot > Freezing arrow if further away

OR

Wyvern shot > Freezing arrow

they can either waste trink early or not use it and let u get Lock and Loaded buff (if you specced it)

And yeah your pet should hit harder then a 80's pet cuz back in the 70 days all hunters roll BM. If you roll BM at 80 go hang yourself in your shed

the only place i seen it used usefully was by the hunter brang. He knows how to use it pretty well. I mean couldnt you just use the arrow like a secondary trap? Fire it close to you and when they want to get close it freezes them? just wondering. Blizzard must have had a reason for adding this move.

it's sux but better than nothing,i would kill to have a spammable freezing trap with 1.5 sec cast time that directly trap the enemy like a sheep,but still better then nothing
