@goodgodzilla : hehe thanks :) Is the sound also messed up for you? I don't know why that happend. The original file does not have it. Only on youtube the sound got messed up

One more: what alarm goes of @ the end?

@Vidsandso : Depends on the situation. Because the engine is starting at low rpm the oil pressure is not high enough in the beginning and this will result in "low oil pressure" alarm. As soon as the normal rpm is reached the pressure is normall.

I've got to assume before you took this video, you checked the oil levels in the generator and main engines first. Right?

very clean and modern engine room!, could you tell me the specs on the mains and gearboxes? figured probably 1500-2000 hp each, on the inland rivers here in the us, we are still using alco diesel engines, makes our engine room look pathetic after seeing yours... you can check out my vid if ya get a chance...
