The law is used of scientology in a way most people wouldnt dream of, why? Most people are decent and would never make up falsh crime stories about other people, but thats exactly what scientology are doing, and they dont care as long as they win. If the system is used that way, even of the judges, you cant fight against it. I believe most judges are honest but afraid. If you are afraid and fear for your life, you will do what you can to eliminate the threat. In the end the good will prevail.

I knew Scientology were an evil and corrupt organisation, but it appears that they are even worse than I thought. Graham Berry, and all that speak out publicly against Scientology, are truly courageous people.

If enough people take legal aid and make multiple small claims and back off constantly chipping away maybe dont think to large just small claims court large amounts of people taking small claims and backing off in many districts and different countries just a thought
