Marcus Martinez of MBody Strength demonstrates a series of kettlebell clean exercises that get progressively more difficult. The goal with this series of kettlebell exercises is to use the same weight for a longer period of time by making the exercises harder.

1-Hand Pistol Clean
Clean to Catch
Alternating Clean to Catch
