@profightersports good question! there's alot of different heavybag stands out there. I see more and more though triyng to conform to MMA style training since that is what is becoming more main stream. The best stand to have is no stand really. Once a heavybag is hung freely from a celing mount tree or wood beam you get the full rang of movement all around the bag which is needed for training and full cardio experience. no one wants to be confined in movement like on a heavybag stand!

@profightersports so I checked out the video on your channel and don't understand by what you mean by real deal? What i do is real and this video is'nt my latest, check out my latest video of me training with the LiquiShock series heavybag, that is the best heavy bag by far I've ever trained on! and I've hit alot of different heavy bags lol!

thanks for posting. do you know if you can diliver low kicks on this bag? because i like to kick the most and to me its the most fun techniques to do. an answer would be apreciated. thanks in advance

@pimpmstr89 You can but i wouldnt with this kind of bag, please look at my new video where I'm showing my newest heavy bag the Title Liquischock series heavybags. It has water bladder inside protected by 3-4 inch thick foam padding making this a very unique and awesom heavy bag to train on! they even have a Muy thai style version of the Liquishock heavy bag if you wish to purchase, /watch?v=Ru51Bm1tjds
