@turnandburn4life can you help me I have cherokee blood in me. I feal the call of the wolf. I have had wild wolfs sleep play and protect me as a child of 8 years, thease where wild wolfs with a price on there head for killing live stock, but they loved and protected me know i feel the wolf calling me what do I do, I feel like I need to do some thing.

my 3rd great grandmother was cherokee and i look more native american and black then anything else so wouldnt that 3/4ths atleast that what i told by my dads side

@Sasukesdeepestfear You have to be 1/16 th Cherokee to be able to become a member and participate in tribal things. I think that's part of the reason that Cherokee has it going on because they are able to accept more and more people versus other tribes that you have to be 1/2 or 1/4 to join. :)

they are so beautiful i have cherokee and this is one culture i respect more than others...i wonder if people that have cherokee although they arent exactly biologically half and not whole cherokee but has cherokee acestrary wise can be in those type of competitions

@Sasukesdeepestfear No, you have to be a part of a tribe to compete and have tribal registration info...but if you just want to dance, you can, but you will not be able to compete with the other dancers.
