C-484 doesn't protect anything. Protecting pregnant women requires a proactive approach, not just upping jail sentences. Do you really think some lunatic who is about to attack a pregnant woman is going to stop because C-484 is there? C-484 is just a gateway for anti-abortion laws. The only people who support it so strongly are fanatical pro-lifers.

Pro-Aborts could CARE LESS if your "wanted" loved, cherished, prayed for, waited for, etc., little baby in the womb is killed by anything or anyone. Bottom line is they hate human life, especially if it is loved and innocent and pure. NO ONE should be punished if they kill it.... NO ONE in their minds, and worse---THEY have NO REGARD for the baby in their HEARTS. It is called "DEAD HEART 4 DEAD HEARTS" They rather the killer go free, so 4,700 more babies can be murdered each day in USA.

But I suppose you'd find that strange. After all, to you the unborn are mere extensions of the mother's body, and well, since when do women talk to and bond with their ovaries?

Hmmm...Should we stop prosecuting for theft and instead take a "proactive" approach for that too? After all...laws and penalties don't dissuade people from committing crimes, and apparently we should believe you because you can read the thoughts and intents of the criminally insain.

This bill has nothing to do with the government legislating on the uterus. All this bill will do is extend woman's rights to those women who have chosen to birth their babies. If my unborn child was taken from me through a criminal act I'd want the law to recognize that something very valuable to me was taken from me. In fact, most women are not like you people and actually love their unborn children.
