Halloween is huge in Santa Cruz in Northern California. It starts with a carnival-like dress up in Downtown. Children collect candy for their costumes from businesses in the daytime and from private homes in the neighborhoods at night. This is Halloween in 2009.

no. damn....well i thought i was th only person. A bunch of ppl were shocked at my costume. i even heard one lady go "oh its...its.... the black woman." oh i died laughing! i hung out in cold stone from like 5ish to like 715ish with a bunch of ppl. haha. oh my feet are paying the price today from wearing those boots....
