yup, but for a few secs I wasn't sure what the hell it was. My sister traveled this highway the day before at night , It was parked in a rest stop,she caught it in the corner of her eye, she swore she had seen a UFO , that's why I titled it the way I did.

what do you think about street lights that can charge as you drive at night, what kind of light would be require to sustain a balance between run time verses charge time ?

solar street lights.Excellent Idea,Run time would be longer in the winter months,so the balance would change.With electric backup in case of total discharge before sunrise ,the light source best suited for the job could be tried and tested.
